Costs are shown in Vietnamese dong and include the vendor's price with tax, the 3% card fee for paying the vendor (Claude plans only) and a 20% service fee. VietQR, MoMo and ZaloPay payments are exactly the amount shown; PayPal and cards through PayPal are charged the USD total shown at checkout, including the international payment service fee and the currency conversion fee, and your card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee. Each registration is a one-month plan that does not renew. Minh Spark provides advisory, registration support and subscription management; no account is bought, sold, rented or transferred. After payment, Minh Spark contacts your checkout email within 24 hours to register the plan on your own account. Plans are 100% genuine, with twice the plan's original price paid back in cash, refund included (not as a replacement plan), if a plan turns out not to be genuine. Failed or duplicate payments are refunded in full. A change of mind before the plan is activated is refunded in full, less only the actual payment-gateway fee; after activation, change-of-mind requests are accepted only within 7 days of payment and refund the plan's original price (the vendor's price including VAT) for the days remaining, without the service fee or payment fees; after 7 days there is no refund. A fault on Minh Spark's side is refunded in full, fees included. You get an e-invoice (a standard invoice that cannot be used to deduct 10% input VAT) and a letter of authorisation. Plan features follow what Anthropic and OpenAI publish and may change.
