Minh Spark collects only the information needed to run contact forms, newsletter signups, document purchases, support, fraud prevention, and basic site analytics.

Data collected

Name, email, phone, company, order details, payment reference, page path, referrer, device class, and short-lived operational logs may be processed.

Purpose

Data is used to answer messages, deliver purchased documents, verify payments, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and send newsletters only after signup.

Processors

The site may use Vercel, Supabase, Upstash Redis, Resend, SePay, VietQR, and FormSubmit where needed for hosting, storage, email, analytics, rate limiting, and payment verification.

Retention and deletion

Order and support records are kept for operational and legal needs. Analytics are aggregated or hashed where possible. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the owner through the contact links on the home page.
