Popular AI: Book-to-Skill Repo - turns books and documents into skills for AI agents

There are many books that you have read before, then forget and need to read again, or like a law book, when it comes time to apply, you need to look up the provisions in it, which will be extremely time-consuming. You can use AI to tell it to search inside those docs and pdf files, but it will take a lot of time and doing it over and over again will be quite tiring, it's not the right way to use AI.

I saw people talking about a repo on GitHub (virgiliojr94/book-to-skill) called book to skill, which means turning books into a specific skill, only using the knowledge in the book to answer and work. People review in the style of adding books on economics, macro, sales management, stock market research, etc. I think it's simpler, I will add road traffic laws to ask when needed and temporarily see that it is working fine. I will guide you on how to install that skill, followed by adding books and how to quickly test them below. Main information:

Before installing Repo, I downloaded legal documents, which were posted publicly on Government information portals.

Report that the AI agent is downloading something.
What is this repo?
As introduced, this repo will turn documents and books into skills for the AI Agent to use. The purpose is that the answers will only encapsulate knowledge to avoid using false sources and avoid AI making up things on its own. With the motto of popular AI, I will tell my AI agent to do everything, and I think you should do the same to make it quick and easy for yourself. The repo consists of two halves, the first half is an extractor written in Python, specializing in extracting clean text from documents with metadata (page number, word number, detected chapter). The second half is a long SKILL.md file, which plays the role of a "process" for the agent to follow: read the extracted text, analyze the structure, and then write the finished skill.

You tell AI Agent: "install this repo https://github.com/virgiliojr94/book-to-skill and create a skill from the Vietnamese traffic law book, taking the book source from the current Vietnamese government. The skill name is traffic law, the purpose is for me to look up the law when needed."
Test it out
I called skill and asked about running a red light like in the photo. Please see the photo and how we communicate.

It's a normal question, the communication is natural and the information it answers is correct, but the lack of driving license points will be deducted.

I asked again and he replied back and promised to amend and update more.

Next, I tested more difficult by stating specific situations, more difficult, had to apply the book more. First, ask the problem as shown in the photo.

The first answer, although correct, is generally not resolved, luckily it asked more questions.

Provide more information on the scene then receive answers and solutions.

I checked on Grok to see if it was correct, and Grokbot also replied that it was correct according to current law.

Grokbot replied. Note: the information is for reference only, you should have a peaceful, calm approach and follow the instructions of the Traffic Police, do not believe 100% in it, because there is also a risk of errors.
Conclude
This skill will have many other uses, depending on your needs and creativity. I see it is also downloaded a lot on Github and in actual testing, it works quite well. If you ask AI agents, is there any chance of profit? Yes, but you have to tell it not to make things up, find the right source from the Vietnamese government, fence everything for one question, then the bot has to scrape the information, each time it's asked, I think it takes longer and costs more money. Therefore, in my opinion, Book-to-skill can be practically applied and is effective when used. According to: GitHub (virgiliojr94/book-to-skill), Government Electronic Information Portal
