Sony launches a new series of speakers, the highest price is nearly 40 million VND

(Dan Tri) - Sony has just introduced 3 speaker models of the ULT POWER SOUND line in Vietnam, targeting the needs of listening to music, singing karaoke at home and holding parties, with the highest selling price of 39.99 million VND.

At the product launch event on October 19 in Hanoi, Mr. Nakashima Tomohiro, General Director of Sony Electronics Vietnam, said that Vietnamese people's karaoke culture and regular music listening habits are factors that show the potential of the audio equipment market.

Three new speaker models include ULT TOWER MAX, ULT TOWER 7 and ULT TOWER 5. All products support voice tone adjustment with 6 levels and 3 levels of reverberation effect, serving karaoke singing needs.

Among them, ULT TOWER MAX has a capacity of 2,150W, priced at 39.99 million VND. ULT TOWER 7 has a capacity of 420W, battery for up to 30 hours of use, priced at 17.99 million VND. ULT TOWER 5 has a capacity of 300W, maximum battery life of 20 hours, price 12.99 million VND.

In addition, Sony introduced two wireless headphone models WH-CH730N and WH-CH530, priced at 2.99 million VND and 1.29 million VND respectively.

According to Sony data announced at the event, the size of the Vietnamese speaker market increased from about 5,500 billion VND in 2020 to 7,500 billion VND in 2025. The business forecasts that the market could reach 11,700 billion VND by 2031.
