How to download and use digital documents after purchase.

Free documents: open the Documents section on the home page, select a document, and click Download to get the PDF instantly — no payment required.
Paid documents: pick a document → enter your email and name → choose a method (VietQR/bank transfer, MoMo, ZaloPay, or Visa/Mastercard) → pay the exact amount with the correct memo or scan the QR. Payment is verified automatically and the Download button appears in the window; the link is also sent to your email.
Keep your order reference (ref) and the email used at purchase so you can re-download or verify when contacting support.
Open the file with any PDF reader or your browser; the documents work on desktop, phone, and tablet.

Install Claude Code Skills from the handbook.

Each Skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file (with a name and description). Unzip and place the whole skill folder using one of the options below.
For all projects (personal): put the folder in ~/.claude/skills/<skill-name>/ — on Windows that is C:\Users\<you>\.claude\skills\<skill-name>.
For a single project, shareable via Git: put it in <project>/.claude/skills/<skill-name>/.

Methods, currency, and how payment is confirmed.

Currency: VND (Vietnamese dong). Each document's price is listed publicly on the product.
Method: bank transfer via VietQR (TPBank account). Scan the QR or transfer the exact amount with the memo set to your order reference and email.
Automatic confirmation: the system reconciles transactions through the SePay gateway and confirms automatically once the correct amount and memo are received — no need to upload a transfer screenshot.
Orders are tracked by order reference (ref) and buyer email; please use the exact memo so payment is auto-confirmed.
Payment security: the website does not store card details; only your email and order reference are kept for delivery and support.

How and when you receive your documents.

Products are digital documents (PDF) — delivered online; there is no physical shipping.
Delivery time: immediately after payment is confirmed; the Download button appears right in the payment window.
Important: each document can be downloaded up to 3 times within 72 hours of the first download. Download links are also included in your payment confirmation email. If you run out of attempts or the window expires, contact support with your order ref to restore access.
Download on a device with a stable connection and free storage; keep the file after downloading.
If payment succeeded but you could not download due to a technical error on our side, contact us immediately via email/Telegram with your order reference for support.

Return rules for digital documents and services.

Digital documents (PDF): because they can be downloaded and copied immediately on delivery, purchased files are not eligible for return or exchange. If a file is broken or materially differs from its description, see Refunds.
Services (web design / development): scope and number of revisions are agreed in the quote before work begins; changes beyond scope are billed separately by agreement.

Refund conditions and process.

Digital documents: full refund within 7 days if the file cannot be downloaded/opened or materially differs from its description, and has not been substantially used. Files already downloaded and used as intended are non-refundable.
Services: not yet started → refunded minus any booking fee; in progress → the unfinished portion is refunded; delivered and accepted → non-refundable.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
How to request: email your order reference (ref), the email used at purchase, and proof (screenshot/receipt). Requests are handled within 3 business days and refunded to the original payment channel.

Warranty scope and after-sales support.

Digital documents: free content updates and fixes for 6 months from purchase; support via email or Telegram.
Web services: free bug fixes for 30 days after delivery. Excludes new features, changed requirements, and third-party issues (hosting, APIs, browsers).

How your data is collected, used, and protected.

Data collected: email and name (at purchase or signup), order reference and payment status — used for delivery and support.
Anonymous analytics: visits are counted using anonymized hashes; the system does not store raw IP addresses or personally identifiable information.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising. Email is used only to deliver documents, confirm orders, and (if you subscribe) send the newsletter.

Documents are for the buyer's personal and study use only. Copying, redistributing, reselling, publicly sharing, or re-uploading in any form is prohibited.
Content copyright belongs to Bui Dang Minh (Minh Spark); violations may be handled under the law.
By paying, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies and terms on this page.
Web design/development services are performed per the scope and terms agreed in a separate quote for each project.
Policies may be updated; the applicable version is the one published at the time of your purchase. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Vietnam.
