In addition, Viettel has adjusted opening hours at transaction points from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. throughout the system, and even opens later in industrial parks to serve workers. In particular, Viettel also maintains a hotline to provide home support for the elderly and people with disabilities.
On the VinaPhone network, customers can choose to authenticate online via the My VNPT application or the VNeID application for those who already have a level 2 electronic identity account.
In addition, VinaPhone instructs users to bring their citizen identification card or valid identification documents to VinaPhone or VNPT transaction points nationwide to have support staff check and update information.
This network also confirmed that immediately after completing successful authentication, the subscriber will have the service reopened by the system immediately.
For MobiFone network subscribers, this network operator notes that users should proactively confirm information on the My MobiFone or VNeID application to ensure the most convenient and quickest process.

In case the subscription is not in the owner's name, MobiFone said customers can perform quick authentication on the network's application or go to the nearest MobiFone stores to receive direct guidance from staff.
