The integration aims to solve an increasingly common problem: work data is stored across multiple systems, while users use more and more different AI tools.

According to Dropbox, users can access content stored on the platform while working with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Project-related files and information can be used as data sources, giving AI engines more context to process requests.

This approach aims to limit the need for users to constantly copy data from storage systems to AI tools. Instead, stored content can become a reference source during AI content creation and processing.

According to Microsoft's AI Diffusion Report, Vietnam ranks second in Southeast Asia in terms of AI application rate.

AWS research also shows that the proportion of Vietnamese businesses using AI increased by 39% compared to the previous year. It is estimated that about 170,000 businesses have put AI into operation.

Along with increased usage, investment demand is also forecast to continue to expand. About 56% of organizations in Vietnam plan to increase investment in AI next year.

In this model, data storage and management platforms like Dropbox can act as an intermediary layer, helping connect enterprise data sources with the AI ​​tools that employees are using.

However, the effectiveness of this approach depends on decentralization, data control, and how businesses manage information fed into AI systems.
