Using a humanoid robot to molest a young girl

The video was later broadcast on TikTok, receiving millions of views before being deleted, according to CP24. The content shows a red and yellow humanoid robot accompanied by two men, approaching a teenage girl, who screams and moves away.

Cologne police said the two people behind were identified as a 16-year-old teenager, the owner of the robot, and the other 19-year-old who was filming and broadcasting live on social networks "for everyone to comment".

When receiving information from the victim, Cologne police quickly intervened and discovered the robot lying behind the trunk of the car. The machine was confiscated along with two phones. Two suspects are being investigated.

According to the German penal code, sexual assault requires contact between the perpetrator and the victim. Actions "performed by machines or third parties" are not considered attacks. However, if convicted of sexual harassment, the suspect could face a fine or prison sentence of up to two years.
