Epson has just added another location for businesses to experience robots and automation solutions in Hanoi

Not only opening more offices, Epson also built a new Solution Center in Hanoi for businesses to directly experience robots, automation solutions and B2B printing. Epson has just opened an office with a new Solution Center in Hanoi. In my opinion, the notable thing is not that the company opened a representative office, but that businesses in the North now have a place to directly see, try and evaluate automation solutions before deciding to invest.

The center is located in Him Lam Van Phuc Urban Area (Ha Dong) with an area of 182 m², divided into two spaces. The first floor is a demonstration area for Epson robots in many different production scenarios, allowing customers to observe how the robot operates or test it directly to see how suitable it is for their line. The second floor focuses on Epson's B2B solutions, including large format printers, fabric printers, inkjet printing and business document digitization devices. In addition, there is also a technical training room with a capacity of about 15–20 people to organize training courses for engineers and operations staff.

What I find interesting is that Epson doesn't just bring products to display. The company wants to turn this place into a business support center throughout the automation deployment process. The technical team can test solutions with customers, evaluate feasibility before investing, and organize training courses on Epson robots, from RC+ software to AI applications and cloud platforms. Opening another center in Hanoi is also quite reasonable when the Northern region is home to many electronics, component and automobile factories. Businesses will no longer have to go to Ho Chi Minh City to watch demos or training like before, while still having full access to Epson's automation solution ecosystem.
