The device has an ultra-thin and light design, with measurements of 10.9 mm and 1.09 kg. The frame is made from aerospace-standard aluminum-magnesium alloy. The Nano Ceramic coated case has a hardness of 9H, which, in addition to aesthetics, also helps prevent scratches and fingerprints better than bare aluminum material.
ExpertBook Ultra also achieves durability that allows it to survive in some harsh conditions. Compared to the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 12 using carbon material, the device has the same weight but is thinner. Compared to the 14-inch Macbook Pro, which weighs 1.6 kg and is 15.5 mm thick, ExpertBook Ultra is superior in portability.
