Facebook is having problems globally

(Dan Tri) - Around 8:00 a.m. on September 21, many Facebook users in Vietnam reported that they were having trouble accessing Facebook.

As noted by Dan Tri reporter, this problem appears when users access Facebook on the web platform. Meanwhile, the Facebook and Messenger applications on the phone still work normally.

When accessing Facebook on the web platform, the website does not display any content other than the Facebook logo and Meta.

Statistics from the social network health monitoring site Downdetector show that more than 15,000 users also reported similar errors. Incidents were reported in many different regions around the globe.

In mid-June, Facebook also encountered widespread problems. At that time, when accessing Facebook using the web platform, users will receive the message: "Sorry, something happened. We are working and will handle this issue soon."

Meanwhile, some users said their Facebook and Messenger accounts on their phones were also suddenly logged out of their phones. When trying to log in again, the system will report an error.

Update: By 8:50 a.m., the problem began to be fixed. Some users said they were able to access Facebook on the web, view content and send messages, but the system still worked unstable.
