Facebook Messenger has widespread problems

(Dan Tri) - Around 9:00 p.m. on July 22, many Facebook users in Vietnam reported that they were having trouble sending messages on Messenger.
When trying to access the messaging section on Messenger, users will receive the message: "This page is not currently visible. The cause may be a technical error that we are working to fix. Please try reloading this page."

Users in many regions around the world report problems on Messenger (Screenshot).
As noted by Dan Tri reporter, this incident mainly appears on the web platform. For the mobile Messenger application, some people experience slow message sending or cannot send messages. Meanwhile, some users can still text normally.
Statistics from the social network health monitoring site Downdetector show that nearly 1,500 users have reported errors on the Facebook social networking platform. Incidents were recorded in many different regions around the globe.
Worth mentioning, Facebook also had a problem just a few days ago. On the afternoon of July 19, many users when accessing Facebook on a web browser received the message: "Account is temporarily unavailable. Your account is currently unavailable due to a problem on the website. We hope this problem will be fixed soon. Please try again in a few minutes."
The above announcement makes many people mistakenly think that their Facebook account has been disabled or has security problems. However, in reality, this is a problem from Facebook's side.
In mid-June, a series of Meta platforms including Facebook, Messenger, Instagram,... also experienced system errors on a global scale. To date, Meta has not made any announcements about the above issue.
