Fujifilm Twitter-T6, 400mm and 50-140mm II tubes postponed with unknown launch date

According to Fujirumors, Twitter-T6 will not be released on September 4 as expected, the Twitter Summit event in early September was canceled, there is no new expected date with the main reasons mentioned often including: lack of components, increased costs - something Fujifilm also admitted in its financial report - plus software refinement, including AF AI and new film simulation. This is not the first time Fujifilm has changed the schedule. In 2023, they canceled Twitter Summit even though it was announced. Twitter-T5 has also been marked to stop being sold on the Japanese store, possibly to accumulate common components for Twitter-T6. The same expected launch package also includes the XF 400mm f/4.5 R LM OIS WR and XF 50-140mm II. It is unclear whether these two tubes will be announced separately or wait for the body. Fujifilm camera prices have increased since September 1, many other companies are also adjusting prices. Fujifilm's bright spot this year lies in Nikkei 2025 data: Fujifilm sold 1.16 million cameras, accounting for 11.8% of the market share, ranking 3rd in the world. Nikon fell to fourth place with 880,000 units (8.9%).
