Galaxy Z Fold8 hits shelves in Vietnam
(Dan Tri) - From 0:00 on August 8, some dealers in Vietnam have deployed early returns of the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8 generation of folding phones.
As noted, Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra have listed prices from 47 million VND and 53 million VND respectively for the 256GB version. Galaxy Z Flip8 has a listed price of 32 million VND.

In the pre-order program, users are given a voucher worth 2 million VND and agents support an additional 2 million VND for each product. Thus, the total direct incentive can be up to 4 million VND.
After applying the promotion, the price of Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra 256GB version is about 43 million VND and 49 million VND, respectively. Galaxy Z Flip8 costs about 28 million VND.
In addition to direct incentives, some dealers also apply discount programs when customers buy in installments through banks or participate in old collection and renewal programs. The actual reduction depends on each system's policy.
Talking to Dan Tri reporters, representatives of several retail systems said that the number of Galaxy Z8 orders recorded a significant growth. Among them, the Galaxy Z Fold8 version is of most interest to users.
Statistics from Vietnamese Mobile system, the Galaxy Z Fold8 version accounts for 61% of the total pre-orders of the Galaxy Z8 generation. Next is the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra with 28% of orders, and the Galaxy Z Flip8 accounts for the remaining proportion.
"Compared to previous generations, Galaxy Z Fold8 makes an impression with its folding design with a new screen ratio. This is also one of the factors that helps this version be chosen by many customers," a representative of Di Dong Viet shared.

The same thing was also recorded at Minh Tuan Mobile system. This unit said that Galaxy Z Fold8 accounts for about 65% of the total deposit orders. The 256GB memory version is the preferred choice by most customers.
In terms of color, Black on Galaxy Z Fold8/Fold8 Ultra and Cream on Galaxy Z Flip8 are the two versions most ordered by customers.
