Google launches Pixel 11 series: Reduced configuration, increased price compared to the old version

(Dan Tri) - Google has just officially launched its new Pixel 11 smartphone series, with 4 different variants, including Pixel 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro XL and 11 Pro Fold. All products integrate many AI features.

At the "Made by Google" event, Google introduced the Pixel 11 smartphone series including Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The new generation keeps the same design as its predecessor, focusing on upgrading AI and performance.

The Pixel 11 Pro and 11 Pro XL duo keep the 6.3-inch and 6.8-inch screens, but the maximum brightness increases from 3,300 to 3,600 nits. The camera system remains unchanged with a 50 megapixel main camera, 48 megapixel super wide angle and telephoto, 5x optical zoom. Digital zoom increased to 120x, incorporating AI to improve photo quality.

Both are equipped with Tensor G6 chips manufactured on a 2nm process, about 25% faster and about 20% energy efficient compared to Tensor G5. RAM drops from 16GB to 12GB, while minimum internal storage increases from 128GB to 256GB. The batteries reach 4,850mAh and 5,115mAh respectively.

Pixel 11 Pro is priced from 1,099 USD, while Pixel 11 Pro XL is priced from 1,299 USD, both an increase of 100 USD compared to the previous generation.

Pixel 11 has a 6.3-inch screen, Tensor G6 chip and 12GB RAM. The device has a 48-megapixel main camera, 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle and 10.8-megapixel telephoto, supporting 5x optical zoom. Starting price is $899, up $100.

In the folding phone segment, Pixel 11 Pro Fold keeps the butterfly folding design, with a 6.5-inch external screen and an 8-inch internal screen. Maximum brightness increased from 3,000 to 3,600 nits.

The device has a 48-megapixel main camera, 10.5-megapixel ultra-wide angle and 10.8-megapixel telephoto, 5x optical zoom. Google says the main camera captures 56% better light than the previous generation. Pixel 11 Pro Fold uses Tensor G6 chip, 16GB RAM, 256GB, 512GB or 1TB memory.

The battery is reduced from 5,015 to 4,806mAh, while the device is slightly thinner and lighter. The starting price of Pixel 11 Pro Fold is 1,899 USD, an increase of 100 USD compared to the previous generation.
