Images of Vietnam continuously appear at Apple's biggest events
Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2026) has just officially opened at Apple Park (Cupertino, California, USA), Apple has announced a completely new AI tool Siri.
Notably, the technology-loving community in Vietnam was surprised to witness familiar images of the country continuously appearing during the company's new feature presentation.
These images are integrated to visually illustrate the core AI features that Apple has just upgraded.

One of the impressive moments at the event took place when Sebastien Marineau-Mes, Apple's Vice President of Software Development, introduced the completely new "Visual Intelligence" feature, deeply integrated in the Camera and Siri applications.
To demonstrate its ability to recognize images and understand real-life contexts, Apple demonstrated a real-life example: Pointing the iPhone lens at a bowl of traditional Vietnamese chicken noodle soup.
Immediately, the system based on the Apple Foundation Models platform analyzes the structure of the dish, provides information about nutritional content, calories and suggests related features such as splitting the bill when dining with friends.
Journey diary to Hanoi
Besides, in the introduction of the Journal application and interactive multimedia features on the new iPadOS and macOS, Apple took the image of the capital Hanoi through a hypothetical diary page called "Hanoi reflections".
The experience diary reads: "Trang said that Hanoi is the city with the highest community connection in the world. And she was right. Tonight is my last night here, ending a two-week journey to explore Vietnam...

Interwoven with the diary entries are a series of images illustrating the deep semantic search feature: A woman wearing a conical hat next to street vendors, vegetable stalls and the landscape of Ha Long Bay.
Through spatial processing algorithms, the demonstration demonstrates how Apple Intelligence deeply understands users' personal memories and experiences.
Apple's attention to Vietnam is also shown through details in the presentation on "Trust and Safety".
When introducing the new "Child Account" feature to protect children in cyberspace, Apple chose the example of the surname "Nguyen" - a common Vietnamese surname - appearing naturally on the international model interface.
The fact that Vietnamese images, symbols and language appear with high frequency at a large technology event like WWDC 2026 shows that the mark of the domestic market is increasingly clearly affirmed in Apple's global product development roadmap.
