Honda Vietnam launches Super Cub 2026: 2 new colors, engine meets Euro 4 standards

Honda Vietnam (HVN) has just introduced a new version of the Super Cub, a digital motorbike model that was born in the 1950s and has been present in Vietnam for many generations of users. The new version adds two colors and upgrades the engine to meet Euro 4 emissions standards. In terms of design, the car keeps familiar lines: S-shaped body, curved handlebars, fairing and rounded details reminiscent of the Super Cub C100 launched in the 1960s. The 3D bird wing logo is placed on both sides of the car body, combined with round headlights and some chrome-plated details. In addition to the existing Matte Black color, Honda added two new colors: Black Twitter and White Silver. Regarding the engine, the car uses a 125cc engine with PGM-FI electronic fuel injection system, meeting Euro 4 emissions standards. Honda said the new engine reduces emissions by about 32% compared to the previous version, and is adjusted to improve operating efficiency and fuel consumption.

In terms of equipment, the car has full LED lights and headlights that automatically light up when starting (AHO). The round dashboard incorporates a central LCD screen, displaying fuel level, distance and time. The car uses front hydraulic disc brakes, 17-inch cast rims, tubeless tires, urethane padded saddle and is equipped with Smart Key with anti-theft warning functions, vehicle location and electrical system start-up.
