iPhone 14 stopped selling in Vietnam

(Dan Tri) - Talking to Dan Tri reporter, representatives of some Apple authorized dealers (AAR) in Vietnam said that the supply of iPhone 14 is gradually becoming exhausted.

"The supply of iPhone 14 has almost dried up in the past 2 months and it is currently very difficult to add new products. This is not a unique situation of a retail system but a general development in the market when these models enter the final stage of their life cycle," Ms. Van Thi Ngoc Yen, deputy product manager at Di Dong Viet, shared.

Similarly, a representative of Hoang Ha Mobile also confirmed that this unit has now stopped selling iPhone 14 because there is no longer an official source of supply from the company.

"With Apple products, the source of genuine products depends heavily on the company's distribution plan and product life cycle. When a device line is no longer supplied, the system will stop trading to ensure transparency about product origin as well as customer rights.

In the coming time, the system will focus on newer iPhone models, with a stable source of goods and clear sales policies, to better meet the shopping needs of users," said Hoang Ha Mobile representative.

iPhone 14 was introduced by Apple in September 2022. This is also the last standard Apple product line that still uses the Lightning charging standard. In fact, this model was "discontinued" by Apple in February 2025 after the company introduced the iPhone 16e product line.

However, the product continues to be sold in some markets to expand the product segment, including Vietnam. According to shares from many systems, sales of iPhone 14 have always remained stable, even surpassing some newly launched models such as iPhone 16e.

"Apple's discontinuation of iPhone 14 sales is considered a normal development in the company's product cycle. When the company's product supply is no longer replenished, dealers will gradually end their business to switch to focusing on models that are officially distributed by Apple.

Users can switch to newer options such as iPhone 15 or iPhone 17e to experience the Apple ecosystem," Minh Tuan Mobile representative said.
