iPhone 15 price increased again

(Dan Tri) - According to a survey by Dan Tri reporters at many Apple authorized dealers in Vietnam (AAR), iPhone 15 is offered for sale at a price of 18 million VND for the 128GB version, an increase of 500,000 VND compared to the beginning of the second quarter.

Over the past year or so, this product has undergone many price adjustments. At one stage, the price of iPhone 15 dropped to less than 15 million VND. However, since Apple changed its sales policy for iPhone 15, this model has continuously increased in price.

Up to now, when the supply of iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 is gradually running out on the market, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 17e duo have become the most accessible options for Vietnamese users.

"iPhone 15 and iPhone 17e are currently the two product lines most chosen by customers to replace iPhone 13 and iPhone 14. The fact that the two products are present at the same price range helps users have more choices suitable to their needs and financial capabilities, instead of just focusing on one model as before," said Ms. Van Thi Ngoc Yen, deputy director of Apple products at Mobile Vietnam.

iPhone 15 was introduced in September 2023. After announcing the iPhone 17 generation in September 2025, Apple silently discontinued a series of older products, including the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus duo.

A representative of Hoang Ha Mobile said that the iPhone 15 product line is expected to maintain business in the market in the near future. However, the device will gradually become scarce and may be out of stock by the first quarter of 2027.

Also according to agents, the two products have relatively close prices but attract two different customer groups. With iPhone 15, most users prioritize a product that has been proven by the market, meets daily needs well and has a more accessible price after many adjustments.

Meanwhile, iPhone 17e is suitable for customers who want to own a new generation device, have a longer software support period and are willing to invest for a long life cycle.

"The iPhone 15 product line maintains stable appeal thanks to high recognition, proven performance and a price suitable for the majority of users. In general, the iPhone 15 is slightly better in popularity, but the iPhone 17e is gradually increasing its competitiveness", representative Minh Tuan Mobile shared.
