(Dan Tri) - According to China Securities News, assembly partner Foxconn has entered peak recruitment when the iPhone 18 Pro line is said to be in the phase of increasing production before Apple launches the product.

A report by China Securities News quoted sources in the supply chain as saying that Foxconn - Apple's largest assembly partner - has launched a peak recruitment drive to serve production and stockpiling of goods before the product launch, expected this fall.

To attract workers, Foxconn is said to have increased hourly wages, adjusted basic salaries and added bonuses for workers returning to work.

Foxconn's increased recruitment before each iPhone launch season is an annual activity to meet production needs during peak periods.

Besides information about production progress, many leaked sources also continue to reveal upgrades that may appear on the iPhone 18 Pro line.

According to MacRumors, the iPhone 18 Pro is expected to have a smaller Dynamic Island. Some sources believe that the notch on the screen can be reduced from about 20.76mm to 13.49mm, thereby increasing the display ratio of the screen. However, Apple has not confirmed this information.

As for the iPhone 18 Pro Max version, the device is rumored to be about 9mm thick and weigh about 240g, a slight increase compared to the previous generation. Some sources believe that this change may come from a larger capacity battery and a new vapor chamber cooling system.

In addition, many supply chain analysts predict that Apple will equip iPhone 18 Pro models with the A20 Pro processor manufactured on TSMC's 2nm process. If this information is accurate, the new chip is expected to improve both performance and energy efficiency compared to the current generation.

Apple has not announced any official information about the iPhone 18 series. According to annual practice, the company will likely introduce the new generation of iPhone around September.
