iPhone 18 Pro has reduced its price for the first time since it went on sale in Vietnam
(Dan Tri) - iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will be available in the Vietnamese market from September 18. After 2 weeks, some dealers began to adjust the price of iPhone 18 Pro.
Accordingly, iPhone 18 Pro was adjusted by some dealers to reduce VND 500,000 compared to the listed price. Specifically, the 256GB, 512GB and 1TB versions reduced to prices of 38.5 million VND, 45 million VND and 58 million VND, respectively.

This is also the first time the iPhone 18 Pro has reduced its price since its release in the Vietnamese market. However, this discount program comes from promotional activities implemented by dealers themselves. Therefore, product prices may vary depending on each system.
"After the first sale, the supply of iPhone 18 Pro has quickly stabilized and now meets market demand relatively well. The product does not record local scarcity like the iPhone 18 Pro Max. The slight price adjustment also reflects that the supply is gradually becoming more stable," representative Minh Tuan Mobile shared.
Preliminary statistics from dealers, iPhone 18 Pro accounts for about 25-35% of new iPhone orders. Among them, the two memory versions of 256GB and 512GB are the options most Vietnamese people choose to buy.
"The shortage level of the iPhone 18 Pro is generally not as high as the iPhone 18 Pro Max. However, some popular color versions such as Burgundy Red and Bang Thanh still have times of shortage.
The number of iPhone 18 Pro sold is currently lower than the iPhone 18 Pro Max, mainly due to the actual source structure of the system, about 35% is the Pro version," said Ms. Van Thi Ngoc Yen, Apple product manager at Mobile Vietnam.

Also according to dealers, the purchasing power of the iPhone 18 Pro recorded a slight growth compared to the iPhone 17 Pro at the same period of sale. The factors driving interest come from processor chip upgrades, the ability to optimize battery life and more optimal screen design.
However, most consumers in Vietnam still prefer the Pro Max version. This shopping trend has been recognized for many years. Systems even have to apply many different regulations to avoid speculation, consolidation and pushing up prices in the secondary market.
"The system applies the regulation that each phone number can only order a maximum of 2 iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max products. This is to avoid cases of lack of transparency in order consolidation," Mr. Nguyen Lac Huy, communications representative of CellphoneS system, shared.
