iPhone 18 Pro and Duo special edition without camera, starting at 10,770 USD
(Dan Tri) - The special edition iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max and Duo, with the camera cluster completely removed, will be suitable for those who use smartphones in an environment that emphasizes information security.
Caviar, a Russian company specializing in manufacturing luxury electronic devices, has just launched a special product line re-crafted from the iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max trio and Apple's newly launched iPhone Duo folding phone.
The highlight of this series of products is that Caviar has completely removed the camera on iPhone models in terms of hardware, which means disassembling the camera module inside the product, including the front and rear cameras.
The position of the camera cluster on the back has been reworked by Caviar into a metal plate of the same color and completely flat with the back, instead of the usual floating camera cluster.

Caviar replaced the frame and back on the product with titanium alloy used to make spacecraft, this not only makes the product more luxurious but also increases durability.
According to the company, this series of iPhones without cameras will target users who work in environments requiring high security, where electronic devices with cameras are prohibited from use to ensure safety.
In addition, the iPhone without a camera will also help completely avoid the risk of the smartphone being infiltrated by hackers and secretly using the camera to secretly take photos of users.
Caviar only makes changes to the outer shell, while the hardware and internal configuration, battery or software of the products are all kept original.
The special edition iPhone 18 Pro without camera will be sold by Caviar at a starting price of 10,770 USD (equivalent to 281.6 million VND), while the special edition iPhone 18 Pro Max will have a starting price of 11,270 USD (equivalent to 292.8 million VND).
Caviar's special edition iPhone Duo will have a starting price of 13,990 USD (equivalent to 363.4 million VND) and the highest 2TB memory option is up to 16,490 USD (equivalent to 428.4 million VND).
Notably, even if you have money, users may not be able to own this luxurious iPhone series because Caviar only produces a limited number of 19 units for each model. Each device will be packaged in a custom-designed lockable box, accompanied by a gold commemorative coin.
This is not the first time Caviar has launched expensive and luxurious iPhone variants, including products crafted from rare and luxurious jewelry.
For example, in 2019, Caviar launched the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max duo with a piece of meteorite found in the Tsarev meteor shower that occurred in 1922.
Caviar affirmed that all of these meteorite fragments were certified by gemology and mineralogy experts of the Fersman Museum of Mining Sciences, part of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
In 2021, Caviar also launched a special iPhone 13 Pro, with the back mounted with a piece of a real tooth of a tyrannosaur, with an age of up to 80 million years.
