Jaecoo J5 has a preferential price from only 499 million, the pure electric version is only 599 million
On August 14, 2026, during the New Energy Night event, Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam officially announced the selling price of the Jaecoo J5 SUV model in the domestic market. This is a notable car model that offers three powertrain options at the same time: gasoline, hybrid (Super Hybrid System - SHS-H) and pure electric (EV) on the same product line.

Jaecoo J5 is available for sale with 4 versions including J5 Premium, J5 SHS-H Premium, J5 SHS-H Flagship and J5 EV Flagship, with 4 exterior color options: Black, Blue, Black, White. Listed prices (VAT included) are:
From now until August 31, 2026, the company offers the first 555 customers two preferential options to choose from according to their needs. The first option maintains the benefits from the previous open sale program, including 0% interest rate support for the first 12 months (maximum loan of 80% of vehicle value) and 1 year of physical insurance. Customers who buy the J5 EV Flagship version will also receive a multi-purpose charger and T-Box application, worth 20 million VND. After incentives, the corresponding selling prices are 569 million VND (J5 Premium), 629 million VND (J5 SHS-H Premium) and 699 million VND (J5 SHS-H Flagship, J5 EV Flagship).
The second option allows customers to convert long-term fuel/electric charging incentives (7-8 years of free gasoline with the Premium and SHS-H versions, or 30 years of free charging with the EV Flagship version) into a direct discount. Accordingly, the special price after conversion is 499 million VND (J5 Premium), 599 million VND (J5 SHS-H Premium), 669 million VND (J5 SHS-H Flagship) and 599 million VND (J5 EV Flagship).

Jaecoo J5 has overall dimensions of 4,380 x 1,860 x 1,650 mm, wheelbase 2,620 mm. The car is equipped with a multi-link rear suspension system, LED lights, cruise control, heated electric folding rearview mirrors, and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto on all versions. Particularly for the SHS-H and EV Flagship versions, there is an additional panoramic glass ceiling, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, wireless phone charging, 13.2-inch central screen and 8-speaker SONY sound system.
In terms of safety, the car is developed according to standards aiming for a 5-star NCAP rating. The J5 Premium version is equipped with 4 airbags along with ABS, EBD, ESP systems, hill start assist, traction control and tire pressure sensors. The two SHS-H Flagship and EV Flagship versions are upgraded to 6 airbags, 18 ADAS features and a 540-degree camera, including adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, blind spot warning and rear cross-traffic warning.
Warranty policy
The J5 Premium and J5 SHS-H versions have a 10-year/1 million km vehicle warranty; Gasoline engine and electric motor warranty 10 years/1 million km; High voltage battery warranty 8 years/1 million km. The J5 EV Flagship version has an 8-year/200,000 km vehicle warranty, while the battery and electric motor have an 8-year/160,000 km warranty. In parallel with the opening sale, the company also introduced the O&J Connect application, which supports searching and updating the status of public charging stations. The application is expected to integrate additional charging and payment features from September 2026, along with control, vehicle management and service scheduling features in 2027.
