Three configurations, three performance approaches
The Predator Helios Neo 16 version (PHN16-I31-74MN) is aimed at a group of users who need a balanced configuration to get started with the Predator ecosystem and experience a true gaming laptop. The device uses Intel Core i7-14650HX, GeForce RTX 5050 8GB GPU, 32GB DDR5 RAM and 16-inch WUXGA 180Hz screen with 100% sRGB color coverage.
When the need for higher images and resolutions, Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-I31-72XE) keeps the same CPU and RAM but upgrades the GPU to GeForce RTX 5060 8GB. The screen also switched to WQXGA 2560 x 1600, providing a wider display space for both games and creative work on a gaming laptop.
At the highest level, Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-I31-91K5) is equipped with Intel Core i9-14900HX combined with GeForce RTX 5070 8GB. Along with that is 32GB of DDR5 RAM and WQXGA IPS 180Hz, 100% sRGB screen. This is a configuration aimed at gaming laptop users who regularly work with heavy games, content creation or tasks that require a lot of processing resources.
The three configurations reflect three different needs of gaming laptop users: from daily multitasking, enhanced graphics experience to groups that need strong performance.
Performance isn't just about the chip
With a gaming laptop, power doesn't just come from the CPU or GPU. When the machine must operate continuously at high intensity, the ability to control heat and maintain stable performance is equally important.
Predator Helios Neo 16 is equipped with a cooling system with AeroBlade 3D metal fans and a liquid metal solution for the CPU. PredatorSense software acts as a control center, allowing users to monitor and customize performance according to each usage need on gaming laptops.
This approach shows that Acer focuses on building suitable performance for high-end gaming laptops with a synchronous operating system between hardware, heatsink and software.
One screen for both gaming and work
The 16-inch screen with a 16:10 ratio helps the Predator Helios Neo 16 become more flexible in many usage situations of a gaming laptop. The 180Hz refresh rate provides a smooth gaming experience, while the 100% sRGB color coverage better supports image-related work.
The two versions PHN16-I31-72XE and PHN16-I31-91K5 use WQXGA resolution, helping to expand the display space - useful when working with video timelines, multiple windows or design software on gaming laptops.
On the GPU side, the GeForce RTX 50 Series with NVIDIA Blackwell architecture supports DLSS 4 and the new generation Tensor Core, helping to expand processing capabilities not only in games but also in creative tasks and AI applications on gaming laptops.
VIP 3S1 2-year warranty policy
Acer's 3S1 2-year quick warranty policy is only available in Vietnam, applicable to Gaming Laptop product lines such as Predator Helios Neo 16, which will be inspected, warranted and sent back to customers in just a short time: 3 days (72 hours) including Saturday and Sunday. If within 3 days from the time of receiving the product, the warranty is not completed, the customer will receive a new product of the same type or equivalent (1 for 1 exchange).
