Lenovo released the Xiaoxin Air 13 with a delicious 120Hz screen, the MacBook Neo's rival is here!

Recently, I saw that Lenovo had just officially launched the Xiaoxin Air 13 for sale in the Chinese market for about 869 USD, or about 5,888 Yuan. Looking through the parameters and design, I see that this is clearly a very formidable competitor towards the MacBook Neo. What I like most about this device is the 13.3-inch IPS screen but with a scan frequency of up to 120Hz, 400 nits brightness, 100% sRGB coverage and anti-glare. Get used to the smooth screen and then look at the normal scanning frequency screen and see the difference immediately. In terms of design, the device has a 14.3mm thin metal case and weighs only 1.1kg, very compact for daily travel needs.

In terms of configuration, Lenovo is equipped with an Intel Core 5 320 chip belonging to the Wildcat Lake platform. Initial performance tests show that this chip has power close to, or even better than, the Apple A18 Pro on the MacBook Neo. Furthermore, the device still has 16GB of RAM, slightly higher than Apple's basic 8GB, and a 512GB SSD hard drive that allows for easy upgrades later. Although thin and light, the device still retains full connection ports including 2 USB-C ports, 2 USB-A ports, HDMI, 3.5mm jack and MicroSD slot, this point I appreciate because I do not need to carry a clunky hub. The device also has a face recognition IR camera with ToF sensor and a 54.7Wh battery. In this price range, I think this is a very practical, thin and light laptop for guys.
