The product has a listed price of 32.99 million VND, however during the initial sale period, users can buy it at a preferential price of only 24.99 million VND. Saros 20 Flow Complete still uses Roborock's signature square charging station with two open modular clean and dirty water tanks, helping to change water faster and more conveniently.

The difference is that the floor cleaning solution tray and dust bag are accessed from the top after removing the two water tanks. This change makes the charging station much more compact than previous Saros models. Due to the long usage time of the cleaning solution tank and dust bag, this design does not affect usage, although replacement is more inconvenient than the front-open design.

This helps the device rarely get stuck between spatial transition areas in the house.

The ability to overcome barriers is also upgraded with AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0 technology that allows the robot to raise and lower its wheels to overcome floor edges or thresholds up to 8.8 cm high, including a 4.5 cm main threshold and an additional 4.3 cm edge. This helps the device rarely get stuck between spatial transition areas in the house.

Cleaning technology is also a notable point on the product. The SpiraFlow 2.0 roller system includes a 270 mm long roller capable of rotating at 240 rpm with 15N pressure, operating in a real-time cycle of flushing, mopping, and wiping dirty water.

Inside is a system of 16 high-pressure water nozzles, continuously supplying water to the rollers and a wiper bar that helps force dirt into the waste water tray as the robot moves. Inside the machine body there is a box containing cleaning solution, automatically mixed with clean water according to the manufacturer's standard ratio. Similar to its competitors, the machine's rollers have the ability to extend 44 mm wide and reach a position 10 mm from the bottom edge.

The carpet cleaning mechanism is different from models that use rotating, vibrating rags. When recognizing the carpet, in addition to raising the roller by 15 mm, the robot has an additional shield that automatically covers the wet roller. Isolating the mop helps the undercarriage of the machine press close to the carpet surface to vacuum without worrying about wetting the carpet. This feature helps the robot work seamlessly and continuously instead of returning to the charging station to remove the rag, or having to lift the chassis away from the carpet to reduce suction power.

On this model, Roborock is equipped with two auxiliary brushes that can reverse the direction of rotation, pulling loose hair and pet hair into the middle of the dual main brush to suck straight into the dust box, helping to almost completely solve the problem of hair tangling.
