Samsung promotes proactive health care with AI in Vietnam

In addition to outstanding technological solutions, the "Continue step by step" campaign also brings a series of practical community activities in coordination with the Central Health Education and Communication Center, Ministry of Health (T5G).
Personalized life with AI companionship
According to the Southeast Asia and Oceania Ecosystem Health Study conducted by Samsung, adults in the region generally place health as the most important priority after finances and family. However, currently, implementation is still fragmented, leading to a gap between efforts and results.
This internal Samsung survey recorded that the average adult in the region only spends about 6 hours and 59 minutes sleeping each night, lower than the recommended 7-9 hours. The stress level of survey participants in Vietnam also reached 30-41%, higher than the average level of Southeast Asia and Oceania of 20-29%.

In this context, Samsung, with a vision committed to empowering users with technology and creating a better future for everyone, is implementing many initiatives to join hands to solve the problem.
The brand promotes proactive and easy healthcare through a seamless device ecosystem, using continuous analytical AI to guide users to sustainable behavior change.
Artificial intelligence models such as Galaxy AI on mobile devices, Bespoke AI on consumer electronics and Vision AI on audio-visual devices are helping Vietnamese users build healthier lifestyles, with a synchronous and unified experience.
Continuing every step forward on the journey of healthy living for Vietnamese people
Samsung Vietnam launches the campaign "Continue step by step", inspiring Vietnamese people to change themselves from the smallest habits.
To realize this goal, Samsung cooperates with the Central Health Education and Communication Center (Ministry of Health) to implement the communication program "Proactive health care every day - For a healthy Vietnam".
The program spreads the message of proactive health care, raises awareness and promotes actions of Vietnamese people in protecting, caring for and improving the health of themselves, their families and the community.

The communication program "Proactive health care every day - For a healthy Vietnam" is implemented with many diverse activities in the second half of 2026.
A typical example is the Galaxy Run Community Run: An activity organized by Samsung Vietnam. The run will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on June 21, welcoming about 5,000 people to participate, aiming to spread the spirit of healthy living and the application of technology in health care in the community.
In addition, there are a series of thematic seminars including: Workshop on improving communication capacity of the Centers for Disease Control of provinces and cities (CDC) with content focusing on discussing the application of digital technology and smart devices in health monitoring and management, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of disease prevention and community health care.

Personalized AI will help users start with small but appropriate habits that can be maintained over the long term. By quantifying positive user changes into scores, metrics and visual levels at the Samsung Health app - the healthy living data center on the Galaxy S26 series Samsung makes efforts and small steps worthwhile.
For users to better understand body signals, Vitals on the new generation of Galaxy Watch will analyze based on 5 important biological signals during sleep (including heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory frequency, skin temperature and blood oxygen concentration), helping users easily identify when the body needs more rest.
With practice, the Galaxy ecosystem provides an entry test to assess running level as a basis for building appropriate lesson plans.
In addition, the Heart Health Score - a daily index compiled from sleep data, stress levels, physical activity and body composition data - will be updated on the new Galaxy Watch to help users instantly understand their heart health.
In terms of nutrition, the Antioxidant Index measurement feature helps users check the level of Carotenoids (a type of antioxidant) on the skin, creating motivation to maintain a healthy diet.
Not only does it impact individual individuals, Samsung's "One Step Forward" campaign also aims to engage the community through the "Together" section and "Fitness" section on the Samsung Health app.
Samsung is organizing the Galaxy Running Club playground periodically every weekend in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to create a sustainable physical training environment for people who love exercise. With many diverse initiatives, the "One Step Forward" campaign is inspiring, where every positive change, no matter how small, is worth recognizing on the journey to healthy living every day.
