Telling about the experience of examining services at Cho Ray Hospital

I just had the "opportunity" to return to Cho Ray hospital after 14 years, there have been many changes, many better things, I want to share with you guys. These are personal experiences last Saturday when I took my mother for a medical examination at the clinic in Cho Ray hospital. Because I took my mother to the doctor and needed to hurry up so I could go back to another place to be examined, I couldn't take many pictures. After 14 years of coming back, I still see it like it was yesterday, maybe the areas I moved to are still the same, well the main lobby has a few more checkin machines, payment machines, and what machines, there are many machines, I only use the number registration machine. From the gate going in, the hallway going into the lobby, the signs, the sign, the iron pillars, the stretcher handrails... I see it's still the same, the same in the familiar sense.

Photo I took from the internet.
Register for examination, order number
First, I went to the machine to get the registration number at a machine, the machines are like in the photo, scan the QR on CCCD and it shows the registrant's information, just check and you're done.
Elevator staff
If you've ever been to Cho Ray hospital, I believe you've taken the elevators in the main building. There are 3 very large elevators that can hold a lot of stretchers and wheelchairs at the same time. But in the past it was often slow due to too many people, too many stretchers and wheelchairs.

I took this photo with an error, but I happened to have a wheelchair, so let's just say, the wheelchair is quite new. This time, I saw a lot of staff regulating the elevator. I found it quite rhythmic, with up and down arrangements quite quick.
Pay by qr code
After talking and examining at the doctor's office, the doctor ordered tests. The doctor gave me a pile of papers, and on the last sheet appeared a QR code.

Test order form, but I forgot to take a photo of the QR Code. I was preparing to find a place to pay money, to continue with other processes, when I discovered that it was time to transfer money via QR, then just go for the test, I must say it was too fast. Although this is easy and not difficult in the programming stage, but in the operating stage, in a big, bulky place like a hospital, applying it to the process is quite difficult. But it's also possible that I haven't gone to a big hospital in many years, so I'm falling behind. Another surprise was that on the test order form, there was information about each testing room, and there was also your order number so you could go in and get examined. Previously, you had to take the appointment form to the room, put it in the basket, then wait for the name to be read, but now you have the order number, go to it, see the number, then go in and do it. If you see the number is too far, go and do another one first, I must say it is very convenient.
Cleaner
This time I came back and saw that the hospital was much cleaner, the corners of the trash bins looked cleaner, no trash was left outside, the walkways, hallways, and base of the walls looked much cleaner.

Illustration photo I took online. I saw a lot of traces of time, scratches, and black patches in many places, especially the stretcher handrails, but when I tried wiping it with my hand, it was clean and didn't leave any marks on my hands. It could also be that the hospital was already clean, but because last time I was too young, combined with fear and crisis, everything around me was negative.
Fast
It was a Saturday morning, and most patients came for tests and medical examinations, so it was quite empty. When I first entered the lobby, I was surprised, why is it so empty? I just remembered that today is Saturday. Probably because of the absence, everything was done very quickly. It took me 2 minutes to register for the examination, and about 40 minutes to get examined. Other indications:
I don't remember the exact time, but it started around 10:20 a.m. and finished at 11:30 a.m.
Conclude
I had a very different experience this time back. I saw a few technological updates that made me go faster, besides being much cleaner and more agile. I don't know what the days of the week and other procedures will be like, but in general, there must definitely be an update. I think Cho Ray is much more modern.
