Experience Motorola's book-shaped folding screen phone

After starting with a series of clamshell folding smartphones in previous years, Razr Fold marks Motorola's next step in entering the book-style folding phone market. The device is positioned in the high-end segment in Vietnam with a price of 50 million VND, competing with products such as Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Oppo Find N6.

Razr Fold is different thanks to the design and features of Motorola phones, large camera cluster and quality certification from DxOMark, but also faced skepticism when the brand first entered the market in this segment.

After starting with a series of clamshell folding smartphones in previous years, Razr Fold marks Motorola's next step in entering the book-style folding phone market. Razr Fold is different thanks to the design and features of Motorola phones, large camera cluster and quality certification from DxOMark, but also faced skepticism when the brand first entered the market in this segment.

The blue version creates a highlight compared to competitors using glass or metal cases thanks to the back covered with a woven fabric material. The smooth surface combined with curved edges provides a smooth touch, good grip and almost completely eliminates sweat or fingerprints when used every day.

The device weighs 243 grams and is 9.9 mm thick in the folded state, slightly more than the competition. In return, the grip and uniform weight distribution help hold firmly, causing less wrist fatigue when operating with one hand.

However, this type of material also exhibits limitations in hot and humid weather conditions or when dirty. Cleaning grease or dust stains deep into fabric crevices will be more difficult than cleaning glass. In addition, the camera cluster occupies a large area in the upper half, causing the center of gravity to shift slightly toward the top, requiring users to take a short time to get used to the most balanced holding position.

With mixed usage including web browsing, photography and multitasking, the device can handle a full working day. In addition, Razr Fold also supports 80W fast charging capacity.
