VTI accelerates to become an AI-native enterprise

AI-native is the name for businesses that design, operate and develop products based on artificial intelligence (AI).

According to a VTI representative, AI is a strategic direction in the company's long-term development plan. In 2026, businesses continue to invest in training, research and application of AI throughout the system. The goal is to increase competitiveness and meet customers' digital transformation needs. This activity is implemented through internal training programs, the establishment of ACE (AI Center of Excellence) and courses on AI and Generative AI.

In June, VTI recorded more than 500 employees achieving Claude certification from Anthropic. According to the business, this is one of the activities to standardize knowledge and ability to apply AI in real work, aiming to build a team of engineers who can effectively exploit new generation AI tools.

VTI aims to build a team of engineers and experts capable of using AI in daily work. The business said AI will not only be applied to some individual tasks, but will be integrated into regular work processes.

Investing in human resources also helps VTI expand its consulting capacity and deploy AI projects for customers. This approach shows that businesses want to participate more deeply in the digital transformation process, instead of just providing outsourcing services.

Putting AI into practice

In parallel with training activities, VTI also promotes the application of AI into the internal working process, considering this an important step to improve productivity and quality of project implementation for customers.

An example is V-Copilot, software developed by VTI to support engineers in the software making process. This tool participates in stages such as programming, testing and system analysis. According to the business's description, the goal is to improve performance, shorten implementation time and reduce errors.

Mr. Pham Thanh Ha, VTI Group Technology Director, said that a number of AI models in demand and inventory forecasting have been deployed to customers. According to him, in some cases, planning time is reduced from 1-2 weeks to 2-3 hours. Manual forecasting workload is also reduced.

According to VTI, AI not only serves automation but also helps businesses make faster decisions based on data. This is the direction businesses are applying when developing solutions for data analysis, demand forecasting and operational optimization.

Expanding the human resources and technology ecosystem

The application of AI continues to be implemented by VTI Group at its Da Nang branch, opened on May 22. VTI Da Nang's orientation is to be an important technology and human resources development center in the system, with the goal of having more than 500 employees by 2030 to serve domestic and international projects.

At the event, VTI introduced a number of technological capabilities through a demonstration area. The content focuses on business operations problems. In the GenAI segment, the business demonstrated the V-Copilot system with tasks such as source code conversion and order management. In manufacturing, MESX systems combining IIoT and SCADA are introduced for real-time monitoring and decision support. There are also data analytics and demand forecasting solutions.

VTI Group is a technology corporation providing software development services, digital transformation and IT solutions to business customers globally. With more than 1,800 employees and a network of operations in many countries, VTI accompanies businesses on the journey to exploit the power of technology, data and AI to improve operational efficiency and promote sustainable growth.
