(Dan Tri) - The opening event of the first DJI Authorized Retail Store (DJI ARS) in Vietnam marks a new step in DJI's long-term development strategy in the domestic market, providing a synchronous experience space according to global standards.

DJI expands its presence in Vietnam with its first authorized store

On July 5, DJI, the world's leading technology corporation in the field of drones and digital recording equipment, opened the first DJI Authorized Retail Store (DJI ARS) in Vietnam. The store is located at Saigon Center Shopping Center, Ho Chi Minh City, realizing a commitment to long-term companionship, enhancing practical experience and optimizing service quality for customers in the Vietnamese market.

Operated through cooperation between DJI, Saigon Center and distribution partner Global Vision, the store is built according to standards consistent with flagship stores (key stores) globally. From space design, experience area, consulting process to after-sales service, all are implemented according to the standards that DJI is applying in many major markets around the world.

The appearance of the first DJI ARS is a step to affirm DJI's commitment to long-term companionship, enhancing practical experience and optimizing service quality for the Vietnamese market, while also demonstrating confidence in the development potential of the community of content creators, filmmakers, photographers, media businesses as well as technology lovers.

Over the past many years, the demand for using flycams, action cameras, anti-shake devices or professional recording solutions in Vietnam has grown continuously. The strong development of short video platforms, e-commerce, experiential tourism and digital media has opened up opportunities for millions of individuals to participate in content creation.

As image quality increasingly becomes a determining factor in the competitiveness of content products, having users have the opportunity to directly access a genuine technology ecosystem is considered an inevitable need.

According to a Global Vision representative, the new store is oriented to become a connection between technology and the creative community, instead of simply serving shopping activities.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep, Deputy General Director and Director of Sales of DJI, shared: "Vietnam is one of the markets with a fast and dynamic growth rate in digital content. Therefore, our long-term orientation does not stop at meeting current market needs, but is one step ahead to catch the wave of new technology, continuously accompanying and improving professional standards for future creative generations."

This perspective reflects the strategy that DJI has pursued for many years. Technology no longer stops at the role of creating modern devices, but aims to give more creative abilities to users. When technical barriers are narrowed, many new ideas have the opportunity to become valuable products, serving both artistic and commercial goals.

Bringing the entire DJI ecosystem closer to Vietnamese users

The biggest difference of DJI ARS lies in its comprehensive experience model. Instead of learning about products through images or introductory videos, customers can directly hold, use and compare each device in real-life conditions before making a decision.

The entire store space is scientifically arranged according to each group of complete content creation solutions.

Here, visitors can easily visualize and experience how devices connect to each other in a synchronized ecosystem, including: aerial recording solutions (drones/flycams), handheld filming (action cameras, Osmo Pocket specialized for vlogging), digital stabilization (gimbal), audio solutions (DJI Mic), to storage and energy supply systems (DJI Power), support accessories and even robot vacuum cleaners. smart floor (DJI ROMO).

At the store, users can directly experience new products under the guidance of a team of consultants trained according to DJI standards. Being able to hold, test drive and check actual features helps customers better understand the capabilities of each device before deciding to invest.

Along with experiential activities, the store also integrates a genuine warranty and repair reception center. Synchronized after-sales processes help users feel more secure while using the device, while reducing concerns about maintenance of high-value technology products.

In a market context where many different product sources are increasingly appearing, building a genuine destination with a unified consultation, experience and warranty process is important to consumers. This contributes to improving service standards, while building long-term trust between the brand and customers.
