3/4 helmet cost 780,000 VND that I used for 3 months, and why it was worth it

I don't have a budget limit for helmets. I once bought a hat for 1,300 USD, there were dozens of them priced at 5, 7, 10 million, and for me spending that much on a hat was normal. I may not eat a 200,000 VND bowl of pho, or wear a hundred million watch, but I'll be ready with a helmet. The reason is simple: every day I wear it for 2-3 hours, my face touches it, so it must be good.
For many years, I closed the AGV Orbyt fleet, buying five or six of them. When the company stopped making that model, I went looking for another one. Tried LS2 for more than 2 million but gave up after two days because it was too bad and clunky. The Protect hat is well built, better than many other hats, but it's a bit loose and the design isn't great. Royal and some hundreds of thousands of hats are also rickety, I don't like them. Then came this Ego hat, which was actually a fate. I ran to the protective market to replace the lining for my aging AGV Orbyt, the fabric inside was self-decomposing and looked smudged. The sales lady gave me the EGO E31 to try, and I immediately liked it when I put it on.

AGV Orbyt, LS2 and EGO E31

EGO E31 is the most compact of the three helmets above.
First, it fits in the trunk of a car, even more compact than the AGV Orbyt. For me, the hat must be in the trunk, the trunk is clean, the hat is clean, I hate hanging my hat outside the dusty car. Second, the operation is very solid, the surrounding details are not rickety like LS2 or Royal. Third, the inner lining is neat and when you turn your head, it doesn't make a rustling sound like some bad hats with sponges rubbing against each other. The glasses are also my favorite part: when I put them on, they completely cover my chin, I sit completely inside the glasses, I can't see the edges, it feels better than sitting in a car. Used for three months and still no scratches on the glass. The lock is simple, not the double D lock of a motorbike helmet, but it's convenient for street use.

Fits into the trunk of my Vespa GTS 300.

The inner lining can be removed for easy cleaning.

Simple lock, easy to use. It's not as good as the AGV lock or as sturdy as the DD lock, but it's easy to use. In the city, I find it reasonable.

The concave part allows the ears to slide in during the day. Enough space for you to attach headphones inside or wear TW headphones.

The main protective foam layer of the hat. It makes a rustling noise when in use.

Face coverings are important. Large glasses are important.

Completely cover your face.

There is a ledge to hold your hand and pull the hat.
